A - I agree with you that it hasnt been filed ( based on your recent email ..it appears JCR has not filed).
What I'm saying is that MSB based there statement around CL14 QRT 1 filing on the Tokyo announcement made my JCR.
It was clear what JCR said..i.e that they are filing in QRT 1..
So who is responsible for not filing ?
MSB;
or
JCR ?
Anyway .. If you remember it was the same heat that MSB copped for TEVA not filing P3 IND applications. TEVA are now right behind P3 and personally with the recent Class IV update / outcomes and Revascor being included in Top 20 R & D Pharma projects.....these are the positives I take and not just look at the SP. The science is what thrills me.
And Yes - I would have liked the SP to have been managed better.
