What Smilez pointed out was sound business practice by a board that wont tolerate failure moving forward.
I would like to think they have learnt from the Diasource carnage, and what inactive board members (Mark Bouris), can do to an organization.
A smart person once said, "Its important to understand the difference between temporary defeat and failure"....Diasource was just that - temporary defeat. I believe the board are stronger and wiser now....and at the cusp of something significant.
