    Probably not. It's not a high profile company, lots of little investors, not high MC. It would be too much work for the snoozers at ASX and ASIC. We would be disturbing their hard fought tea break. Enough people have complained. All we get is some pro forma response and no action. Your taxes at work.
    As for feather duster setting up a new company - why not? He has got away with this so far. Who is going to stop him - ASX, ASIC... ha ha ha - in your dreams!
