    The price of CBH that is.

    With all the projects coming on in the next 12-36 mths this co. is dirt cheap.

    it has a mountain of cash.

    However, there is one issue. WATER! they dont have much of it.

    If they can overcome this or we get rain then this stock will be $2 in 2 years.
