Agree MND still has a long way to go to get back to the $19-$20 Jan highs. However, if you believe in the fundamentals and the management to deliver then you have a very good chance of a solid return and it gives opportunities to buy at a significant discount. I averaged down ridiculously on MND to $7.98 so I'm very happy with my return my original buy in was at $10 flat.
Logic I'm using with AX1 is simple, they have already gone on record to state a 10% increase to earnings on the previous year. I cannot see why management would hang onto the cash, they are not a bank and when they have received Job Keeper for half a year. Aggressive retail store expansion seems unlikely at least for the next 12 months when Vic is in a lockdown untill probably Xmas.
