    I think the DPS line in the table refers to the dividend paid in respect to that year rather than the dividend paid in the year. So dividends were paid for $0.0375c in September 2019 and $0.0525 in March 2020 which adds to $0.09c. But the first dividend was paid out of the profits for the 2019 financial year hence it's reasonable to present $0.05 for the 2020 year at this stage. However, given that they are estimating forward for 2021 and 2022 it would have been consistent for them to estimate a figure for the remainder of 2020 which, perhaps should then become $0.09. Or they may be estimating that there will be no final dividend provided for 2020 given doubts around the virus impact.
