Mate weve done months of due dilgence before we call a 10xer in a left field stock in a place with political risk like this.. We do much due dilgence before we cll any 10xers. thats why so many of are calls hve turned into 10xers!

we care about our members money. so do they, n they wont invest unless there is a compelling case. w dont mange any one money. its up to members o choose what they do or dont do.

we dont throw millions at something we havnt checked on a great deal.

In this case we belive strongly there are buyout vultures circling.

This asset is by far the bst in its class- the best in th world. -if it wasnt for the war the last few decades this would hav been bouht and developed buy big guys years ago.

It was one of our founding members in our club that fund this aset nd put in in this co 12 +years ago. Just aftr the war their finished.

he wa opportunitic then (stock went from 10cents to 6$. and now it had crpped out to 30 cents -yet is so so so much more advanced, were being opportunitic moving back in an helping where we can as shareholders to help mamangement push this along.

our view is when the next round of finacing comes in -this is in play. And we dont think that will be too far off.

or simply when the share price starts to climb again instead of falling we think this asset is in play.again - like now -already! - mte up to now the potntial buyers must have all been laughing at littel unknown DNK's share price falling as big bad JPM fund dumped the share price down as one of their funds that held alot of it was liquidated for anothr reason. We think thy have just been waiting to bid lower.

or waiting for little DNK to not make it happen and the eritrea govt to bring in someone else to develop it.

so we took out the JPM seller, we think as the price natuarlly goes back to 90cnts to 1.00$ where it was natuarlly before covid crash and before JPM started dumping 22 million shares via bot each day - we now think the rising share price will focus the big buyout vultures minds.

And if one of them does move to make a bid - as we suspect could happen - we also suspect there could become a bidding war. thats what were hoping for. thats what were investing for.

there is nothing else left on earth like this asset. DNK owns it. just the market hasnt figured it our in our opinion.

we may be right we may be wrong. if were right well win alot if were wrong we belive as this project progresses and its almost ready now- we will see the SP going up 10x anyway.!!

if the tigreans attck it (not viable t all) or potash prices collpe, or Eritrea goes pearshaped- yes we could loose a a bit mybe 30%. this stock price is alredy crapped out now! with world class asset like Colulli in it and being almost shoverl ready with AFC bank behind it and offftakes agreed with Eurochem how much more crapped out can this stock get? 20% 30%?

thats small beer downside for our members - given the massive upside here.

And its a good prohject to support for Africa and the world.

it´s easy to call a 10xer. The more interesting and as yet unanswered question is what this assessment is based on.
