try looking atn this I posted below for a starters. its what we posted to members of our club.

also based on the fact that we've become aware there are bigger groups circling to try a buyout -this is not for sure just what were hearing from our various sources.

and the fact that senior debt discussions keep progressing and we feel they should (hopefully) come to some fruition soon - then this whole thing kick off big time. its better to be st in in before. We felt that the JPM forced selling was putting the kaibosh on several potential financing options. Plus it was creating a general negativity around the company and amongst shareholders and mngmnt. .

Now we believe the share price should naturally climb back to where it was before JPM started aggresively dumping 22 million shares. (that was don due to their natural resource fund being closed down for other reasons) Its interesting to note that Neil Gregson who headed that fund at Jop morgan - who had a pick of many new jobs in the city (London) to go to, he left the bank to come over and be a director of DNK! (and run its London arm) He knows how good this project can be too. And after many years running. a very large natural resource fund he knows the worlds resource markets and their opportunities well.

Once the share is over 60 ents and AFC bank are back in the money on their dominant shreholding, we believe the finscing options get easier again.
