Mr Charise - Ulterior motives? why so many HC guys think about "pump and dump" so much? - or as you put it "buy ramp sell" -like I said it doesn't work
1. Buy means you buy (out of pocket)
-ramp means you have to buy more-(much more out of pocket)
indeed alot more to take out all stale holders happy to sell on a rally (even more out of pocket)
Ramp implies you buy so much you take it over its real asset value right (more out of pocket) .
But Now you've loaded up with shares and you turn around and expect to sell masses of overpriced shares with no fundamental backing en masse into an overvalued market that has just run up a lot. - The market simply wont buy them. -- or wont buy them in anything like the volume you had buy to push them up there. ASX junior investors in stocks like Danakali are not that stupid.
You end up out of pocket with loads of overpriced shares that no one will buy in a stock with no fundamentals. investors in ASX juniors are generally pretty savvy investors. So you loose - and the other market participants who win. Mate, it doesn't work. go try it once and you'll see exactly what I'm saying.
2. By intoning that we may have "alterior motives" - you are tacitly implying that we are buying up a stock that has no fundamentals? right? - then why the hell did you buy it before? , why the hell have you been sitting holding and believing in it for so long?
3. And Lastly whats so wrong with a pump and dump anyway?.
It gets the share price up (which is what you want right?)
You can sell into it if you want to? (which is what you want right)
It allows lots of stale holders the opportunity to sell out ? (which is what they want right?)
What is wrong with that? if the stock goes up and falls back, (if it is an empty pump and dump) you can buy it again cheaply right? (which is good?)
It also puts the stock and its fundamentals on the market radar (which is good?).
It brings new buyers volume and life into a stock- (which is good?)
Or is it better to sit in a depressed low-volume stock slowly being sold down by a fund block dumping the market daily and pissing everyone off ?, plus leaving any potential buyout people who would love to own DNK's world best asset laughing as they see it get cheaper and cheaper each day?
Mrcharise I respect you for being a long term holder for realising the possibilities of this stock. So why the "ulterior motive" negativity? We also hold a lot of shares for a long time too, and now we are trying to shake things up a bit, take out the big seller (we just did) push management to pick up their game, and try to inform the market what a great and undervalued project we (like you) think this is.
Why? so we can sell the shares for more - just the same "Ulterior motive" as you mate.
On a more positive note, thanks for the positive things you said too. Disallowed club is very straightforward. We have a 1-2 year view- we threw almost 4 million AUD at the co in last few days.-well throw more at it too as we progress, And we hope to exit with 10x in 2-3 years, Or if we can exit with jus 3-4X and the knowledge that we helped advance this great project which will help feed Africa and green the world - well still be happy campers.
