We know. The PGY plans for CH will wipe most of this once a feasibility study exists. No dates suggested at this stage and frankly I assume it's all story telling to provide one of many narratives for the next CR. But, I also thought keeping the escrowed funds on the books was the same play. Never say never I guess.
