Good points Vyking. Are you going to the AGM?

What I'd like to see is:

1. Remuneration report voted down.

2. VCR to provide shareholders with a description of what each director has contributed to the progress of the company, including hours worked and leadership or innovative ideas contributed. (many of them have primary commitments elsewhere and it is hard to imagine some of them contributing anything meaningful to the company that justifies their wage).

3. VCR shareholders to determine fare remuneration for the directors in light of point 2.

4. Each of the directors to provide reason as to why they have not bought shares in the company.

5. Agreement to regular shareholder updates at a defined interval period with a minimum amount of standardised information as agreed by shareholders (e.g number of implants and implant centres broken down by locality with accompanying graphs showing the trend).

But I know I am dreaming...
