    CNP trading at 6c when the chances are that they may not last beyond 15th December

    VPG when no debt to be refinanced in 09 trading at 4.6c

    Either I am the biggest idiot in this world who is unaware of bad news from VPG or VPG is the best buy in the market. Only time will tell.
