Do think she is oversold also- and think much of it can be blamed on the fact VPG was so widely held by institutions wanting to get out (for many reasons).
Have an avg of 6c- and will be continuing to add to this. While we're likely to see impairments from the development side, and a reduction in property values, I think its more than priced in.
And on the plus side, you have:
- ridiculous price to NAV
- directors buying large amounts
- lower interest rates going forward
