I think we are all missing a key point on this announcement.
1) Was the issue of 1 million shares to Mooncorp actually legal? If not, then thats a mjor blow to there efforts.
2) Did TZ ever receive the cash for these shares?
I cannot believe that the person behind Mooncorp who is relatively well known in the marketing circiles would want his name tarnished with this. Well, it will be because I can guarantee 1 thing, the Australia Newspaper will be salavating over this and further exposing the flaws.
