re: the jokes not on me, it's on you!! well i guess you can't blame the stock.... it's the demand/supply that pushes ANY stock price up... so i guess it's just that traders aren't interested in the stock as yet, they feel they would rather put there small amounts of moeny on tiny stock thay can make or break them....
I know ARQ won't break, people with any sense will soon realise the value in ARQ, and when they do, it will move.
The herd hasn't acted on it yet that's all... i'm glad i'm in it from its lows.
