Maybe we should all chip in and buy them a new abacus. No wonder they virtually went broke as Giants Reef. What qualifications are required to be a company director or secretary these days?
I mean, to create an error of 18.9 million dollars in a new issue prospectus is no mean feat and beats anything I have seen before.
No wonder they had to extend the public offering if they expected $21 million. They probably got 2.1 million so far and are wondering how the shortfall happened.
It sux.
