Unfortunately, I have to agree with xray. And furthermore, 2.5b shares is not going to help... Overdilution in my honest opinion. And to top it all off, gold price is US$100 cheaper than when it was when San Santiago acquisition was successful. Profit margins dwindling (for now- could get better, could get worse). Do your own research.
