Yeah I was re-reading through the quarterly and I was wondering the exact thing.
They say that third parties are stockpiling due to the POG which at this point has dropped even further so maybe even next quarterly we might not get a bunch of money from toll treatments.
They also mention cost benefits will materialise later which they probably should.
