here is the funny part ( spoke to company in detail today )
they quote why they acquire HZN resources and reserves for , sub 6. My come back was but if you apply the some metrics to HZN, take away Rocs cash, hav an ev of 160m and do they some calc HZN get Roc reserves /resources for about about 4, with most being oil and more being producing reserves. its amazing how they tlak about what they are acquiring, but not what they are giving up, which is what ROC shareholders assess the transaction on
big sharehlders are getting individual calls and time with company - i suspect the board fears the spill of the BOD
