LUM Management is not responding to emails, faxes and phone calls!!!!!!!!! Website has not been updated 3 years, top 20 is 3 months old etc....WHAT A JOKE

XXX, you have a right to ask as do all shareholders. Many people with whom we deal are extremely private and sensitive about their affairs and a small public company such as Lumacom coming into their lives and exposing them to public scrutiny will make them think twice about their dealings with LUM. Further many of these people have privacy agreements which precluded companies such as LUM from publishing or releasing anything without their approval.

You have no right to contact people at XXX and XXX nor pester people who deal with Lumacom. This runs the risk of jeopardizing any future dealings with those people. As for giving you more information, I can’t elaborate at this stage due to confidentiality and commercial sensitivity but I confirm there is no relationship with XXX.

I have to put you on notice that if you do contact any persons dealing with or intending to deal with Lumacom then it may result in an adverse outcome for Lumacom. These people will not be interested in dealing with a company whose shareholders also tie up their valuable time.
