Jags - this has been my opinion on BLR for quite some time, it's still a grassroots exploration play, not this near-production target everyone has been LEAD to believe.
However there reaches a point where the shareprice does become attractive - and that's now (IMO).
I might not have picked the bottom, but I reackon Im close enough to make at least 20% over the next 2 weeks.
