can you blame the equity firm for wanting to steal brokeabong- when in reality the company is bleeding to death. The operations can be compared to swiss cheese. We all know that retail is not on a bull run via the world and most likely the economies of the world will remain the same for months and months ( especially in the US where we have to deal with the worst socialist president in the history of America). Our engine has stalled and will remain stalled until we rid ourselves of the virus. The sad situation about brokeabong is that if the donot take the deal - another poster was correct that money will need to be raise, which yield further dilution! If i was the suitor i see the blood in the water and will offer as little as possible because the only thing that the equity firm really gets is the iconic name!
So if shareholders decline the lower offer or even the .60- the company will have to raise additional funds causing the stock to go lower and because of the price raising capital at current or lower prices is so dilutive and damaging.
I feel bad for everyone in this stock and i know that some of you have been in this stock from 4 or higher and it has been a death spiral! Management is to blame and they screwed themselves as well! I could play this deal in the US because it cannot be halted, but i will not!
    Good luck!
