Blam - don't think you have to worry about current management getting highly paid jobs elsewhere...this will stick to them for years to come and I'd be very surprised if they parachuted in anywhere within the next 12-18 months. This one will be hard to explain away on any one's CV.
are you serious...one is already at seven and i bet the other one ends up there somehow too
why not raise 40m in equity, may be dilutionary but at least we get some upside...farm out anything you cant afford to carry out on your own too
