Blam - don't think you have to worry about current management getting highly paid jobs elsewhere...this will stick to them for years to come and I'd be very surprised if they parachuted in anywhere within the next 12-18 months. This one will be hard to explain away on any one's CV.
Not that management not getting a new job helps us but if you are out for some "Kharma justice", I don't think you have to worry about seeing them heading up Chevron or Shell anytime soon. :-)
