Fact 3. The quarterly statements contain no note about the *redemption date* on 31 October 2015
I think this note should have been included as part of the noteholder notes in all Quarterly Statements.

And yes, I did have a dream that this would get to $0.75+ (think I had $1.00 as best case depending on tax)....
But this is exactly why I am so frustrated...and until JC is held accountable I will continue to dig for dirt
