    The wrong person resigned.
    Alex you need to to do all the shareholders a big favour and resign as well.
    now there is only two board members left.,and you need 3
    Any TAKERS.
    ALL you need to do is sit there and say nothing,let ALEX make it a bigger mess than what it is in now.
