I do not believe that this discussion is negative - I believe it is simply realistic. I was TRF shareholder and then dumped them all when the cut-off date passed in order to get preferential treatment with the allocation in IFE. Now I am an IFE shareholder and I've never looked back.
People who want exposure to Wilcherry Hill will buy IFE. The market has indeed spoken - and it appears they just don't care about TRF's 50% equity in the Company and 20% free-carried interest in the project through to production.
