Good news, ECP's intact and hopefully the well is cleaning up.
Reservoir engineers like to have stable BS&W (base sediment and water) before drawing conclusions and they have not got this.
I'm guessing the well will take a month to clean up fully and have dry oil. The dual phase flow at present (oil and water) will be decreasing the apparent permeability - rate will improve with decreasing water production (will happen as long as there is no formation water).
Question must be asked - why not announce this on Monday... and why not give a rate and water cut...
