Zone #4 won't be a problem either Biggles. The formation water mentioned for this zone related to the situation prior to the current w/o (failed packer)...see 2nd dot point.
By shutting in Z#4, they are probably just trying to minimise any potential problems with further testing and data collection.
They have obviously tested Z#4 individually to be able to state "no formation water was produced from any zone".
No mention of any testing with the ESP.
Looking good for the future, but I too would've liked to see an interim flow/production rate mentioned.
