    The Ann is to be announced by the start of trading on Friday, unless CNP ask for an extension (such as AFG's for 2 weeks)

    They don't have to announce today. The deadline was for today, however if they are still negotiating with the banks they don't have to announce anything. Only when something is finalised do they have to annouce
