Good question about JPR, and have been surprised they have not followed. i have always been a strong believer that JPR & CPN will do a JV in Kazakhstan....i.m.o. If this is the case, you would expect JPR to follow. I am a strong supporter of directors who buy into their company, the directors at JPR have done just that, 16 cents was the last purchase.
As Salty mentioned previously, there is plenty of connections between JPR & CPN in his opinion.
