Tonly Ferguson ex Macquaries is setting up a new company, Voltera, to assist mid sized to large compnies shave 10% off thier energy bill using a variety of technologies. They are looking for a couple of dozen clients in the first year who will spend between $100K and $1M each. This fee would be recouped within 1 to 3 years. (I'm not a web subscriber - just paraphrased from hard copy)

This could take customers form EAX, or may raise the profile of the services offered.
