I inquired with Tony and the regulator about 10 days ago as to where it was all at, the regulator advised their co-regulatory bodies (EPA etc) are carrying out their assessments, Tony confirmed that but neither of them gave any indication of time frames until final approval.
I dont have time to go to the AGM this year, but i would love to hear what the company has to say.
