two things that consistently let them down are:
1. communication frequency
2. hitting milestone dates
that aside, the fundamentals remain exceptionally good and they have delivered to date. We are at the pointy end now after some significant delays and there are quiet a few ways that the lck story could play out. Optimistically waiting patiently!
