It would not appear from the Quarterly this Company is doing anything accept just complying with ASX Listing Rules. Directors seem to be getting set, Smith, Smith and Povey, buying, taking fees as shares as well as performance shares. Not quite sure what the performance shares were for when there is little performance. Having said that the Company is very tightly held with around 160 million issued shares of which the Directors look like they now own around about 35% There leases to the north, west and east of Tennant Creek probably hold the key. They have little money so I would expect a bit of marketing on these leases once everybody is set and a capital raise somewhere north of here. BHP and Newcrest along with a host of juniors are in these areas. DYOR
