Things are now on the go we have the right people on board any future capital raisings if any I presume would be used to purchase an existing project, which may create immediate or near immediate cash flow.
Exciting times ahead IMO.
I would have thought that company would have changed name and activity instead a wholly owned subsidiary has been created and continuation of main activity as well, almost got it right.
No movement in SP as yet we need news on when and how the company is going to start earning some $$$.
It's future looks bright though this baby could one day be a major player, long term holders I feel will benefit greatly, IMO.
