I am not happy with Telstra. I live in a smallish community and I understand from 2 Telstra employees (unknown to each other) that the exchange has the ADSL2 equipment installed but not commissioned. Apparently, it's a political decision to do so. So, once again, it's the customer who goes without until some Telstra bureaucrat gets off his butt and puts the customer first.
