This is Dr Reddy at it's best, first return a minimal profit. Next tell ACL, there will be lots of return so they need to renegotiate. What happened to that contribution ACL made to improve process? Did we see it already?
ACL management just accepted this offer? Is it them or the major shareholder making this decision.
Surely ACL can sell Fonda IP to other interested buyers. Did they look at that option?
