The contempt shown to shareholders by non operation of the businesses is unprofessional.
More fat cats on the Board to feed.
More twists and turns than the Great Ocean Road.
Not clearing up solvency issues and relisting is Sh!!!!l.
All done to take emphasis away from the core issues!
One can only imagine that Horley has been given an exceptional speil by these guys(they have done it time and time again). They believe they are the great masters in business, but alas the track record tells a different story.
