Be patient. Company has only just relisted and will be used as a shell for another business / project. I doubt if new directors have bought QVL from receivers to make it go broke again. They are obviously looking at something suitable to bring on board. I too hold and disappointed it has retracted back so much, but it gives me more time to accumulate. AGM end Nov 03.
