What a great run its had in the last few weeks. Never thought I would bank a 40% gain in 12 months on this sort of stock. The discount to NTA was too great and this presumably eventually attracted attention (especially compared to the many other REITs that are trading at premiums to their NTAs). The markets are interesting - a lot of punters spend their time chasing low quality mining stocks while these sorts of (boring) companies quietly (and largely unnoticed) deliver great returns (with less risk)
