Angkor Wat is fantastic, first time I visited was 25 years ago, almost no tourists in those days. I took some friends there a couple of years ago (prior Covid ) it was packed with Chinese on tours all brandishing selfie sticks. Some of the outlying temples are fascinating and not so crowded.
Agreed Vietnam is incredible I should go back again, my dilemma is too many places to travel to and time too little time.
