    Us shareholders voted for it. I sold out half my holding on the scheme vote. Amazed the large "sophisticated" shareholders voted for it - it was pretty obviously not a good deal if you looked at any metric.

    And the re-rate has gone the opposite way to the marketing spin - why invest in a company where management objectives do not align with shareholders.

    What is happening with the RED shares that SLR had - are they extinguished or being sold?
