Why Morgans you ask? Because they're currently spruiking KSL in particular off the back of the buy in by ADB, (Asia Development Bank), while knowing, I suspect, that this was coming up. Rather poor that the Oz newspaper broke it yesterday, while shareholders generally first signs are in the fall in SP this morning. 14% of shares on issue to be sold. What do they have in mind, for ADB to come back and take these? Lets hope for another substantial and steady entity to come on to the register. Would be confidence boosting for holders and Kina Bank staff too I should think. Looking forward to getting past this hiccup!

.Morgans is working on a block trade involving Nambawan Super selling down an interest in Kina Securities.
The offer size is $32.7m with shares being sold at $1.36 each, a 9.93 per cent discount to the company’s last closing share price.
It equates to 14.67 per cent of the securities on issue.
.Investors have been asked to submit bids by 5.30pm Monday.
Kina Securities was established in Papua New Guinea in 1985 as a diversified financial services company, offering customers end-to-end financial solutions, including loans, mortgages, stockbroking and financial advice, investment management and funds administration.
Nambawan Super is based in PNG and is the corporate trustee of the Public Officers Superannuation Fund.
