Good deal for EXR shareholders but if Leopard or other wells come in, then GRL holders will be smiling.

I think the different approaches of oil exploration are shown in these 2 companies, one grabs high potential acreage and farms down for a free carry while the other targets small / medium risk production plays, gaining early income. Some would say the later approach is far more responsible and I can see how some GRL shareholders might be peeved by merging with a high risk player .. BUT EXR has the cash and can fund development. Plus you must have some High risk exploration plays just to attract the speculators .. LOL!
