Overly leaning to R&D and product development over the past 4...

Overly leaning to R&D and product development over the past 4 years. Takes the focus away from actually earning money. Not sure if the light bulb moment has come soon enough. Will have to see how much actual cash they can make from product sales of their existing tech. Making new stuff always lots of fun but it just doesn't pay the bills no matter how many million one gets as an R & D rebate.

I am up for a punt on improving revenues.
