When the TRF share price was flying all TRF needed to do was work on a placement, call a trading halt, arrange a placement of about 5 million shares at something like $1.60 and raise $8 million minus costs and keep hold of 100% of their iron ore discovery.

Even placing 3 million shares at $1.60 - less than 10% of shares listed on the ASX for current trading - would have helped the share price and got the iron ore project etc. under way.

What a stuff up.
