The Labor candidate wrote a statement following the Voice to Parliament’s defeat last year.“I feel so many heavy emotions because of the display of what I can only describe as the worst of white privilege in the country,” she said.
Ms Panahi noted that approximately 56 per cent of Dunkley voted no in the referendum.
“Are they the worst examples of white privilege? Really? Has she even been to Frankston?” she said.
