    Its been a slow death really.
    I can't give financial advice as you'd appreciate.
    Having said that, the dilution from the placement and the potential additional dilution from the options to be issued essentially wipes out any upside for existing holders.
    You can probably punt it (the sale proceeds) on a gold stock and make 50% on your money before Christmas.
