As predicted someone obviously knew the results before they were released. ASIC has no balls to do anything about this even in the most blatant cases (eg Newcrest miing). As a retail investor you're crazy trading any shares before results and annual general meetings. Over the next few days I will pick up some shares in FWD in the knowledge I will have minimised my chances of buying from someone with inside knowledge.
